These are as follows (per room, per night):

Single Room: £90
Double or Twin Room: £125
Family Room, 3 people: £145
Family Room, 4 people: £165

There is a £8.00 room supplement for a one night stay.

These rates include an ensuite or private bath or shower room, a full Continental breakfast, and all taxes. An English breakfast is usually available for a supplement of £8.00 per person.

A deposit will be required, payable in advance to Uptown Reservations. This is not refundable in the event of cancellation, but may be applied to a later reservation if cancelled at least 7 days ahead. Deposits can be taken by Mastercard, Visa, Eurocard, American Express, JCB or Maestro. The balance of the fee should be paid in Sterling cash to the host on arrival.
